All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, many of which are handmade, custom, or fragile, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package every order, however if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
To request a replacement or store credit:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will either replace the item (if available) or issue store credit for a future purchase.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if:

Damage occurs after delivery

Items were clearly marked as final sale or clearance

EXCHANGE POLICY-We thrive at being understanding and forgiving, sometimes either the item is defective or is the wrong size when being gifted, things happen and we want to aid in the best way possible to create a satisfied transaction. Reach out within the 48-hour window with help consisting of items purchased.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns on worn clothing, earrings, or personal accessories are not accepted under any circumstances.
