📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Custom or handmade items may take a little longer to prepare — we'll notify you if that's the case.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
International (if applicable): 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)

You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

📦 Packaging & Fragile Items

We take extra care when packing fragile items such as glassware, jewelry, and wood pieces. Items are securely wrapped to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

💸 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

❗ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package is missing, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number.

That said, we want our customers to be happy — email us and we’ll do our best to help if an issue comes up.
